A six-storey residential development comprising 35 Class 2 apartments and two levels of Class 7a basement parking. The building was constructed using post-tension slabs, AFS walling and light-gauge steel framing, with two fire booster pumps installed as part of the fire protection system.

CSV works with owners corporations, councils, consultants and construction professionals to assess affected buildings and deliver appropriate rectification solutions.
