Currently under construction in Burwood, this dual-occupancy development combines efficient use of a suburban site with the comfort and individuality expected of modern homes.
The exterior brings together textured brickwork, clean rendered forms, dark-framed glazing and strong architectural lines. Internally, generous windows, skylights and glazed doors introduce natural light deep into the residences, while direct connections to private timber decks extend the living spaces outdoors.
As the project progresses through its finishing stage, close attention is being given to the details that shape the completed homes—from feature entrance doors and streamlined lighting to consistent joinery, finishes and workmanship. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
